Viltrox FE 16mm f1.8 ソニーEマウント

The autofocus locked onto my subject instantly in low light, which was a pleasant surprise for a wide-angle lens. It's now my go-to for street photography, especially at night.

I was blown away by how sharp this lens stays at f1.8 even at 16mm—perfect for those late-night street shots where every detail matters. The build feels solid, and it balanced nicely on my α7 IV without being too heavy.

Shot this at f1.8 in a dim alley and the bokeh on those 16mm street scenes is genuinely creamy, plus the manual focus ring has a nice damped feel that makes quick adjustments easy. It's heavy enough to feel solid on my α7 IV, but that's a trade-off I'll take for the sharpness across the frame.
