I've been using it for portrait sessions, and the autofocus is snappy even in dim light—a huge plus for my workflow. The build feels solid and well-balanced on my camera, no complaints so far.

The bokeh at f/1.2 is just unreal—backgrounds melt into pure cream while the eye stays tack sharp. Autofocus locks quickly on the α7 IV, and it’s heavy enough that I’ve started bringing a monopod for long shoots, but that’s a fair trade for the image quality.
