Nikon Nikkor Z 14-30mm 1:4,0 S

The fact that I can screw 82mm filters onto a wide zoom without a bulky adapter is a game-changer for landscape work. The flat front element makes it feel more like a prime lens than a zoom, and the sharpness across the frame has me leaving my other glass at home.

I was pleasantly surprised by how compact this lens is for an ultra-wide zoom — it fits easily in my bag alongside other gear. The 82mm filter thread is a huge plus for my landscape work.

The flat front lens is such a practical touch—I can actually screw on my 82mm filters without hunting for a bulky adapter. It's sharp corner to corner even wide open, and the zoom ring has a buttery smooth feel that makes landscape shooting a joy.
