Sony SEL FE 35mm f1,8

I’ve been shooting street photography and the 35mm focal length gives such a natural perspective—sharp at f1.8, and the AF tracking locks on instantly even with moving subjects.

Coming from my kit lens, the 35mm f1.8 feels incredibly light and balanced on my α7 IV, making it easy to carry around all day. The bokeh wide open is smooth and pleasing for street portraits, and I’ve been impressed by how sharp the details are even at f1.8.

The autofocus is so quiet I barely notice it working, which is perfect for shooting candids without interrupting the moment. It's also noticeably lighter than I expected for a 35mm, so it balances great on my camera body.
