7Artisans AF 135mm f1,8 MAX - Nikon Z (FF)

I’ve been using this lens for event photography, and the autofocus locks onto subjects even in near darkness. The metal build feels solid without being too heavy to carry around all night.

The f/1.8 aperture makes bokeh absurdly creamy for the price—shooting a birthday party in a dimly lit bar, I barely had to push ISO past 800. My only hesitation is the weight, but the sharpness wide open on my Z6 III more than makes up for it.

The autofocus locks on quickly even in dim reception lighting, which is exactly what I needed for event shots. Tack sharp wide open, and the f/1.8 keeps the background creamy without hunting.
