Canon RF 50mm f1,8 STM

The bokeh at f/1.8 is exactly what I wanted for portraits—backgrounds melt away without any fuss. Focus is snappy on the R5 II, and the whole thing is so light I forget it's in my bag.

Picked this up for low-light indoor shots and the f1.8 aperture honestly surprised me for the price. Background blur is smooth and it stays sharp wide open, plus the whole thing weighs barely anything on my camera.

Been shooting with this little 50mm on my R5 II for a few weeks now and the size is what gets me — it basically lives on the camera because it fits in my bag without a second thought. Sharp wide open too, and the 1.8 lets me shoot indoors without pushing the ISO.
